The recently passed CARES Act makes $350 billion available to help small businesses keep the lights on and workers on payroll. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has launched a Small Business Guide and Checklist to help companies take advantage of these loans. Congress made these loans forgivable under many circumstances, acting more as a grand program.
