BABC Member Tool Gauge Announces Promotions & New Team Additions

BABC member, Tool Gauge has announced the following promotions and new employees.

Jim Lee advances to General Manager, where he is responsible for plastics and metal manufacturing operations, engineering, sales and marketing, as well as supply chain management. On September 12th, Jim will participate in the automation / robotics panel at the Sept.12 BABC Transatlantic Aerospace Symposium.

Dustin Renfro joins the Tool Gauge leadership team as Manager, Plastics Operations, bringing over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, quality improvements, and operational efficiency to the company. He holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Alongside Dustin, Jacquelyn Hoflich, SPHR / SCP-SHRM joins the Tool Gauge leadership team as HR Manager. An accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / emphasis on HR from the University of Alaska.
