BritishAmerican Business Statement on the Importance of Maintaining Cross-Border Data Flows
BABC global network chapter, BritishAmerican Business, has released a new statement on the importance of transatlantic data flows, in light of statements by Michael Barnier rejecting the UK's Framework for the UK-EU Partnership Data Protection.
Ensuring the cross-border flow of data is one of the top priorities of the transatlantic business community in the ongoing Brexit negotiations. Without it, there could be significant and costly disruptions to transatlantic businesses operating in the UK.
