Jason Knight, Sr. Manager, International Tax, KPMG With more than 10 years’ experience in tax planning, research and modeling of transactions for public and privately held clients, Jason is instrumental in advising U.S.-based multinationals in various cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, international business structuring matters, intangible property management, and global financial reporting of income taxes.
His core practice is heavily focused on the technology, telecommunications, and global retailing industries, with particular expertise in software, electronics, and ecommerce businesses. Jason’s expertise also includes managing complex global projects across all aspects of supply chain management, people mobility, and treasury functions. In addition to his work with KPMG,
Jason is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Washington’s LL.M. Program in Taxation, where he teaches the International Tax Seminar. He also serves on the Board of the British American Business Council’s Pacific Northwest chapter in the role of treasurer and is an active volunteer for the Housing Justice Project.
