Chase helps companies large and small navigate the complexities of the international tax landscape. He advises on issues such as global tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border IP planning, and he enables businesses to proactively address new developments in both US and foreign international tax law.

 

Chase also aids both inbound and outbound companies with US tax compliance matters. He works with companies in a variety of industries, ranging from consumer products and fisheries, to fintech and life sciences. Chase is a lifelong Seattle resident, having graduated from Seattle Pacific University and the University of Washington School of Law.
